Turkish Airlines (THY), SunExpress and Pegasus became the first three service-exporting companies across Turkey. İsmail Gülle, who made a speech in the ceremony, said “Our goal is ‘Turkey with foreign trade surplus' and we are moving forward with this goal. In this sense, in the export of both goods and services and in this sense, in the export of both good and services, we are moving forward with this goal. In this period, which we are moving at the level of 200 billion dollars in exports, we attach a special importance to service exports in our strategies for the future.
Board Meeting of TİM was held in İstanbul with the participation of Mrs. Pekcan, the Minister of Trade. In the meeting, TİM Chairman Gülle said “In our country, as it is today, the necessary infrastructure will be created for a much larger export jump in the coming period. We also believe that we will take our exports to much better points with the support of our Minister. The real expert of export is TİM. Our goal is clear: Turkey with foreign Trade surplus."

Under the auspices of President Erdoğan, “Turkish Defense Industry Summit” was held at the Beştepe Nation Congress and Culture Center. TİM Chairman Gülle, who made a speech in the Summit, evaluated that he exports made in the defence industry will be one of the most important supports for Turkey to reach its export target and said “The level that our defence industry reached in the last 15 years is one of the greatest indicators of our success as the country in the move of national and domestic industry.”

TIM Chairman Ismail Gülle commented on the the syndicated loan renewed by Turk Eximbank from an international consortium which is under the coordination of Mizuho Bank. “In recent months, the contribution of the loans obtained from abroad has been great effect of our exports. We renewed our loan by 8.5% this year. So we created an additional monetary resource. This loan is the most important indicator of continued confidence in Turkey, the future of Turkish economy and Turk Eximbank.”
Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) announced export figures of September with a press release which held in Antalya. Exports increased by 22,6% in September compared to the same month last year and reached 14.5 billion dollars; breaking the monthly export record for September. Also this month, the highest increase in exports of the last 13 months was experienced. Exports grew by 7 percent to 123,1 billion dollars in the first 9 months of the year and exports in the last 12 months increased by 7,6 percent to 165,1 billion dollars.

“Turkish economy grew by 5.2% in the second quarter of this year compared to the same quarter last year. One of the prominent examples of university - industry cooperation, InoSuit - Innovation Focused Mentorship Program 2017 November 3rd Quarter Knowledge and Experience Sharing Meeting took place at TİM.
The Sacrificing festival covered 9 days of work from August. As a result our exports has diminished 6,5% comparing to the same month last year, with the total value of 12,4 billion dollars. Our 8 month figures reached 108,7 billion dollars and the total value of the last 12 months is 162,4 billion dollars.
“The Route” event organized by Turkish Exporter's Assembly (TIM) for the 14th time this year, focused on Peru. Chairman of TIM Mr. İsmail GÜLLE said the followings during his opening speech: “There is a change and transformation process in the world. Free trade agreements are canceled, new barriers are put in front and trade wars are started by increasing taxes. In trade bilateral benefit is important. In June, automotive was the leading sector with $2.5 billion dollars. The sector's exports increased by 1.9% compared to the same month of the previous year. Automotive was followed by chemicals with $1.42 billion, apparel with $1.36 billion.

The total exports of top 1000 exporters increased by 13.4 percent compared to 2016 and reached 92.3 billion dollars, while the share of these companies in total exports was 58.8 percent. While the exports of 436 firms remained between 25 and 50 million dollars, only 10 firms could exceed 1 billion dollars.
